MEET THE CANDIDATE

KELLEY BOLLER

Kelley is currently an attorney in Franklin County, Ohio. She has been a licensed attorney for almost thirty years, having practiced family law exclusively for twenty-five years. Prior to practicing law, she worked in the corporate arena, overseeing product development of legal software. She also worked for Hamilton County Juvenile Court, managing its Family Recovery Court, Mental Health Court, and Mediation programs.

Upon moving to Columbus, she became a staff attorney for Columbus Legal Aid Society in its Family Law Unit. After leaving Legal Aid, she founded her own family law practice, which she has since built into a thriving domestic relations law firm. Kelley has taught legal and criminal justice classes on the college level. She has been actively involved in many pro bono projects and continually makes an effort to give back to the community.

Kelley’s Professional Experience

  • Kelley is a former coordinator for Family Drug Court & Mental Health Court where she managed the mediation program at Hamilton County Juvenile Court. Additionally she has hands-on experience with treatment focused and specialized dockets.

  • Kelley has over 24 years practicing divorce, custody, civil protection orders, abuse/neglect/dependency, and delinquency cases.

  • Kelley is a former staff attorney at Legal Aid Society of Columbus where she served families facing poverty, instability, and complex legal challenges. She is known for treating every client with dignity and respect
